In August of 2025, Kublai Kai will be racing an auto-rickshaw over the Himalayan Mountains as part of the Rickshaw Run Himalaya (yes, it’s a real thing).

These brave fools will meet 49 other teams in the mountain town of Leh, Ledakh in northwest India atop the Himalayan Mountains to start their journey and end in the Golden City of Jaisalmer in Rajasthan.

All in all, it’ll be over 2,800 kilometers of challenging environs with altitudes of over 17,000 feet in a vehicle no sane person would attempt this with. But don’t worry, we know the chaps are up for it. After all, they’re veterans at this point. They’ve done this once, they can do it again… right?
